Ultimate Cleanse Instructions

1 PREPARE
2-3 days prior to your cleanse start phasing out caffeinated beverages, alcohol, dairy, meat, poultry, white refined sugar, flour and bread products. Focus on whole food, fresh fruits and vegetables and plenty of filtered water
2 CLEANSE
You will enjoy 7 bottles of 12oz JUICERA juice per cleanse day. Drink the below recipes in the following order:

You made it, you cleanser you! It's time to slowly reintroduce some solids. Start with the easier to digest leafy greens, non-startchy vegetables, soup, fruit and smoothies. Over the next couple of days gradually reintroduce all vegetables, beans and grains
