Cancellations

 With our commitment to quality, our policy is that all cancellations or changes must be received no less than 3 days prior to your scheduled delivery or pick-up. Otherwise no refunds OR credits will be issued.

Any requests for a refund before, during or after a JUICERA cleanse due to medical issues will be handled on an individual basis. Doctor's proof of condition is required.

Returns/Refunds

Any requests for a refund before, during or after a Juicera cleanse due to medical issues will be handled on an individual basis. Doctor's proof of condition is required. We do not accept returns on juice. Unopened supplements may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of order date. Juicera is not responsible for return shipping costs.
