1. Prepare

2-3 days prior to your cleanse start phasing out caffeinated beverages, alcohol, dairy, meat, poultry, white refined sugar, flour and bread products. Focus on whole food, fresh fruits and vegetables and plenty of filtered water.

2. Cleanse

You will enjoy 7 bottles of 12oz JUICERA juice per cleanse day. Drink the below recipes in the following order:

  • Rooted Beginnings (2hr before bedtime)

3. Break

You made it, you cleanser you! It’s time to slowly reintroduce some solids. Start with the easier to digest leafy greens, non-startchy vegetables, soup, fruit and smoothies. Over the next couple of days gradually reintroduce all vegetables, beans and grains.

  • Start each day with a cup of warm water and fresh squeezed lemon.
  • A juice approximately every two hours is a good guide to follow.
  • It’s important to keep hydrated with filtered water and/or decaffeinated herbal tea in between juices.
